Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer exchanges for products that are in original, unused, and unopened condition. No refunds will be issued under normal circumstances.

Exchanges

Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. Items must be in unused, original condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging included. Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for exchange. Once approved, follow the instructions provided by our team for returning the item.

Refund Requests

If you require a refund, you must provide a 360-degree video of the package when it is first received, as well as a video showing the package being opened. This is necessary to ensure that the product and packaging were in their original condition when you received the item. Without these videos, we cannot process your refund request.

Please ensure the videos are clear, unaltered, and taken at the time of receiving and opening the package. If the requested documentation is not provided, we will not be able to process the refund.
